ATXI v0.3.0 · Institutional qualification in progress
A local engineering release. Institutional access is not yet open. No live bank or payment-network connectivity is represented.
A payment can cross business systems, processors and financial institutions. Each participant sees a different reference and a different part of the lifecycle. ATXI is designed to connect those accounts of an event while preserving who reported it, when it happened and who may see it.
An ATXI identity links the business intent, individual payment attempts and resulting financial movements. It does not replace a bank’s books or turn an unconfirmed report into a settled fact.
